Role Overview

 

  • As a key member of the project delivery team, you’ll manage a team and package of works in the energy or water sector.
  • You’ll lead the site from the front, directing supervisors and engineers, instilling a culture of collective ownership, and ensuring high standards in health, safety, and quality.
  • You'll play an integral role in planning and resourcing project delivery, while also working closely with our commercial team to drive financial success.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage the delivery of site-based works
  • Direct site supervisors and engineers to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Foster and enforce a strong health and safety culture
  • Ensure proper planning, programming, and resource allocation
  • Share responsibility for project financial performance alongside commercial teams

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Essential:

  • Proven ability to successfully lead Civil Engineering site teams
  • CSCS card relevant to role
  • SMSTS certification
  • Strong track record in managing Health & Safety on site
  • Relevant academic or industry qualification in Civil Engineering
