We’re looking for an ambitious Regional Contracts Manager to establish and grow a new East Anglia office for an established multidisciplinary contractor.

This is a pivotal leadership role offering the chance to shape regional operations from the ground up, building a high-performing team, securing new business, and driving growth in line with the company’s long-term strategic vision.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the establishment and development of a new regional office to support operational growth
  • Create and deliver a regional growth strategy aligned with wider business priorities
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and develop new stakeholder networks
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the energy, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors
  • Oversee all aspects of regional operations, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and meet commercial objectives

 

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven senior management experience in the energy, civil engineering, or infrastructure sectors
  • Demonstrable leadership experience in building and developing operational teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage performance and profitability
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
