Maintenance Electrician – Commercial Facilities

Role

We are recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a commercial facilities management company, covering sites across Norfolk. The role involves planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial environments.

Duties

• PPM and reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault finding, testing, and repairs
• Lighting, power, emergency lighting, and small works
• Ensure compliance with electrical and H&S regulations
• Complete job reports and certification
• Participate in call-out rota (if required)

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition
• Commercial maintenance or FM experience
• Ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• 2391 or Testing & Inspection
• Facilities management experience
